The vision for Duncan that seems to hope that Duncan will end up more like Greenville if high density housing is built is starting out with a parking problem. There isn’t many options for expanding parking in Duncan if that becomes an issue.

The value of large residential lots and acreage will definitely go up if the Town of Duncan approves every zoning request to allow developers to build high density housing. However what happens to the value of residential houses with each of the two visions for Duncan. Will the value of existing housing go up or down if the Duncan Town Council changes the look of our core by allowing town homes to be built everywhere?
